Steps to Get a Job:
1.Analysis:
A DRM Officier will visit the current house and ask several questions related to the death of the worker, the number of employed people, and the person willing to get a job. Most questions asked from the worker’s spouse and adult son or daughter if she also passed.
2. Verification:
The DRM officer will take some time to verify the documents given during the visit at home. Maximum 15 days could be taken, but this happens in rare changes.
3.Call:
You will receive a message, notice, or a direct phone call for the examination-related information like date, time, and place. All necessary or essential data will be shared through the contact details.
4.Examination:
As per your educational qualifications, the type of examination details will be shared, and after the exam period, the officers will decide the kind of job or post.
5.Result & Observation:
Based on the results and analysis of the person who has given the examination, he or she will be selected and receive the appointment letter.
6.Selection & Training:
After meeting the eligibility criteria and selection, the person will be called for a minimum of 3 years of training. It also depends upon the type of job and educational qualifications of the person.
7.Recruitment:
After completion of the training period, the person got eligible for actual work done or job.
